Computer Setup
Complete services for Installations, Moves, Adds and Changes customized to meet your specific needs.
- Physically set up one (1) PC or Mac computer system, including the computer plus monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers
- Organize wires and cables with cable ties
- Install one (1) software application (software not included)
- Install one (1) peripheral or external device (device not included)
- Configure computer to access your existing network / Internet account and one (1) existing e-mail account
- Test computer to ensure proper functionality
- Backup your old computer data (up to 10GB) and import into your new computer (if your old hard drive is accessible)
- As needed, provide estimate cost for hardware/software repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution based on your additional requirements

Hardware Install / Support
From installing a new hard drive, adding memory or replacing the motherboard, we provide the services you need.
- Install an internal or external PC component, such as a graphics card, hard drive, optical drive, MP3 player, memory, printer or scanner
- Install any included software that is necessary for functionality on one computer
- Configure the PC component for applicable use
Software Install / Support
Install, repair, configure or update your operating system or other software applications.
- Determine computer compatibility for install/repair and configure one (1) software application
- Perform recommended software updates
- Create desktop, start menu and quick launch bar access shortcuts
